Yes, that is a very common question! I worked at a couple of spas prior to being an LMT myself (once as front desk, and once as an entry level therapist), and both places would ask every client that booked if they had a preference. Most massage booking systems actually prompt the question as well when creating a profile for a new client; most people don't care, but some do for various reasons.
