Thank you for sharing these tips! It's nice to see a more holistic mind/body approach recommended. I swear this last time I had covid, a very very mild case, the hot/cold therapy was a turning point. I'd had a scratchy throat and low energy level for a couple of days. I took a hot bath that I sat in (or next to) for maybe an hour, then jumped in a freezing cold shower. It felt like my symptoms were gone nearly immediately after and never returned. Did it cure my covid? Who knows, but it was definitely a major turning point. I'd try it again.
