Great article! I was vegetarian for 4 years as a teenager and probably in the worst health of my life. (I knew nothing about supplementing and lived off of highly processed fake meat made from GMO soy...) The diet just doesn't work for me. My husband is a hunter so we mostly eat wild game meat and fish that we go get ourselves, or order meat straight from farmers who raise livestock in sustainable, biodynamic ways. I am confident in the sources of our protein, which makes me feel way better than I did not eating it all together.
