Great advice! I did the thing where I’d delete my Facebook app, then access it in my browser after a day, eventually re-download the app, and repeat several times.

When I recently threw in the iPhone for a Galaxy, I decided not to even start with the app on it, and this time, it stuck. I run a business that I have a Facebook page for, so I committed to only get on it for business-related purposes if I absolutely couldn’t wait until I was at my desk in productive-work-mode. It’s worked out well. I’ve also switched to just using Instagram and Pinterest for business, too, which has totally redefined my newsfeeds and made it so I only go on social media with an actual purpose. It’s wonderful.

But, since then, I have discovered scrolling Medium… 😆

A button that says 'Get it on, Google Play', and if clicked it will lead you to the Google Play store
